Landmark Roofing completed this full roof replacement, carefully removing all old materials down to the deck for a fresh start. We inspected the decking, replaced any damaged sections, and documented the work with photos for transparency. Following Owens Corning and Landmark standards, we installed all new materials with six nails per shingle and added ridge vents for enhanced ventilation. After completion, we ensured the property was thoroughly cleaned, leaving the gutters clear and the area spotless with a final magnetic sweep.
