Landmark Roofing completed this full roof replacement, removing all old materials down to the deck and inspecting for any damaged decking, which was replaced as needed. We adhered to Owens Corning and Landmark standards, installing materials with six nails per shingle for maximum durability, and adding ridge vents for improved ventilation. After removing the skylight and leaving the gutters and dish in place, we ensured the entire property was thoroughly cleaned, including a final magnetic sweep to pick up any stray nails, leaving a pristine and dependable finish.
